RESEPI Air Asam


Bahan-bahan :-
Cili Padi 20biji
Cili merah 2biji
Bawang Besar 2biji

Potong semua bahan2 di atas..

Bawang yg dipotong

Potong cili kasar begini

Air Asam

Sebungkus asam jawa di ramas bersama air suam / air masak, tapiss..kemudian campurkan air asam ni dengan cili n bawang yg telah dipotong... Perasakan dengan sedikit garam (1sk) dan gula (5sb) secukup rasa..

Kalau korg nak guna stevia pon boleh, ak xletak sbb ad yg xreti rase stevia..hehehehe..sedap cicah dengan ikan bakar..nyumm nyummm..


TAMARIND SAUCE

Ingrediants:

Chilli 20pcs*
Red Chilli 2pcs*
Onion 2pcs*

*Cut all ingrediants

Salt - 1 tsp
Sugar - tbsp
Tamarind 1 cup - squeeze with warm water and filter..
Mixed tamarind juice with salt, sugar, chilli and onion that had been cut.. mixed well..

For best served with fish or grilled chicken
